Okay I think we'd all agree Hendry needs to go.

I also think we need a Team President to run the baseball side of things while Ricketts does the non baseball part.

My idea is this

Hire an experienced baseball lifer as the new Team President. Someone with a successful track record. My name? walt Jocketty if they could get him from Cincinatti. I know he's older but he has a huge time track record.

Then hire a young fresh GM with fresh ideas and innovative ideas who's lack of experience could be mitigated by being overseen by the Team President.

Kim Ng and Rick Hahn are 2 of my favorites.

Honestly, if you have a better option than Hendry, which I am not smart enough to know shit about, you go for it. If you cant, Hendry has had more or as many positives as negatives.
