I think he should move to the commisioner's office. As a player/managment liasion.

Despite some morons calling him a bully he's well liked among players, agents and owners. Nobody likes Selig.

Not as the commisioner right away but in line to become the commisioner in a couple of years.

He MAY get another shot at a GM position, but I would guess it's scouting that will be in his more immediate future.

Is Andy MacPhail F-A-I-ELLLLLL still the presumptive favorite to replace Selig?

Maybe the way Selig stepped forth from ownership to also act as commissioner, Reinsdorf will be the next commissioner. That would be dandy.

He was very bad at finding positional players, though most are (see Albert Pujols). He was decent with finding pitching. Not great, but decent. He had some big failures but also some guys who turned out to be good.

He'll be the next pitching coach if Mike gets picked up as manager.

As for Bully Hendry, I think he'll be the White Sox next GM when Kenny gets fired after the Sox fall to .300 this year.
