More likely to have been sent by someone connected to the rooftop owners. A message concerning their displeasure with reguards to the plans Ricketts has for the reconfigured model of Wrigley and how it will impact the rooftop owners view of the park. As well as the addition of more night games, without any perks given to the rooftop owners.
