Had a feeling Theo would pick him up...don't know what happened to him mentally, but his stuff was nasty just a couple of years ago -- and he's only 28.

Velocity down a few mph. Command was brutal as a starter. Best bet is returning him to a middle relief role.

He went from best setup man in baseball to a complete head case. I blame Valentine for putting him in the rotation instead of making him the closer.

He had a bad last month before they moved him into the rotation and his first few games as a starter weren't that bad. He just fell off the table after that. Hopefully being a bullpen arm will help, but I think there's much more to it than being messed up from starting. Still worth a shot though.
