This is really so ass backwards. Admittedly, the new Pirates park here is not in a residential neighborhood per se it is in the city. For games here the streets are closed surrounding the ballpark and bars and sidewalk cafes open up wide. They sell a beer for you to walk up and down and all around with no problems.

So sure the surrounding neighbors have issues with people puking in their grass or pissing in their alley? Well that should be able to be cleaned up without all this fuss.

It isn't rocket science.
