If an employee wants those better benefits, then get a new job. They aren't signed to 10 year contracts they cannot get out of.

Years and years ago when The ACA was a twinkle in Obama's eye... it was said companies would do exactly this. So don't get bothered that it is happening. It is well within the company's right.

I should have known you had the simple solution to their problem.

The Cubs can run their organization however they want. No one is arguing that. What a billion dollar team did to their low level employees was shitty. We're talking about probably less than $100k.

I think they have most of these guys doing other things to keep busy...that's not necessarily a bad thing, but when you've got one of the guys on tarp duty also manning the scoreboard when a storm is fast approaching, bad things are gonna happen.

Do you like Obama? Do you think he's been a good President? The country has the worst debt problem ever and by a huge margin.
