None of the games are going to get a temp above 85. So offense will not show up and will Cubs drop 3 of 4.

Castro needs to hit 6th. Lefty-righty alternating be damned. You can't bat him in front of the pitcher, he'll never get a pitch he knows how to hit.

He really needs to be batting 9th, but Russell is going to need the entire year in the #9 spot.

Lester needs to go 7 innings and give up 2 runs or less tonight. The bullpen needs some rest. Another offensive outburst by the Cubs that would allow Travis Wood, or some other relief pitcher to throw the 8th and 9th, without using Strop, Rondon, Motte or Grimm would be nice. But it all starts with Lester breaking out from his 4 game winless streak and being the pitcher he's supposed to be. I knew they overpaid for Lester when they signed him and said as much, but I expected him to win 17 or more games with an ERA in the low 3's, not be below .500 with an ERA of 4.25. Still plenty of season left to get things turned around for him. But if they are to contend for a wild card, he needs to be better.
