Anyopne get Homer and Mr Burns walking through Chicago, walking by Wrigley Field and then "Wherever the White Sox Play Park"

Don't get mad Frank, Favre Fan and the other Sox Die Hards, the writers of the Simpsons just didn't know the name and the probably made a joke about it, and used the joke instead of looking up the name Illinois Tax Payers park. lol

Not that it will make you feel better as I know how sensitive you guys are about all things Sox, I did see a Sam Zell Park shirt this weekend

I saw it just before kickoff. It was funny.

I was on a rooftop for yesterday's game. I have no idea why people pay big bucks to sit there. You could pay double face for the worst seat in the stadium and still be much better off than being on a rooftop.

Not one. Most of the tits on the roof last held milk when Regan was in office.

So you are proud that the thing that the Cubs are known for the most is the stadium they play in?

Good Dolphin- could not agree more. Unless you are getting a really good food package and have a large group of people "YOU LIKE" it is a good time, other than that, I would never pay that money. I will stick to my seats.

Bolier- Always a Sox fan that can't just take a shot and walk away, but I am sure that is Grinder rule #265? lol

That and the fact that they're in good shape to win the Central this year. Hm, I have yet to hear anyone say "The team that plays at Wrigley Field is up 3.5 with 6 left to play."

I find it funny. I still refer to it as Comiskey. Its embarrassing that they changed the name of it.

It's likely they referred to it in the manner they did because they didn't want to give U.S. Cellular any free advertising, and it just happened to work out as a joke at the expense of the Sox stadium.

I will occasionally refer to it as "The Joan" or "U.S. Comiskular", but it comes out most of the time as Comiskey. It does puzzle me though that we as a Sox fandom have such reverence for that name of the Park, when it was indeed named after an owner that was an all-time baseball deustche bank.

Yeah Ive heard that alot too, but I dont give a shit. My grandpa used to take me to the ballpark every time I would get to come see him starting when I was 6, and used to teach me all about the history of the stadium and team, so I was pretty damn pissed when they changed the name of it. It kinda meant alot to me, maybe more than it should.

I prefer their previous shots at Ron Santo and the Cubs. Or the Denver Broncos.

Voice of Homer attended 'where the Sox play' during the World Series, World Series in Chicago, those were sweet times

--Ding, ding, ding, ding-- I've never gotten the Comiskey love either. That plus the facts that it was called Sox Park when I was a yout', and that the Cell rolls out so easily, leads me to pause anytime I even hear Comiskey.

If I were you, I would be more concerned about the Brewer. Because, in the voice of Harry, "The Brewer are coming tra-la, tra-la!"
