The Sox take game 1 of this series just like I thought they would. All of you haters can keep on hating, but the facts are the facts: The Sox will sweep the series and send the Twins home for the winter. I said in May that Jermaine Dye should be the MVP and he will prove it again this weekend. And the accolades will keep coming: Thome will be comeback player of the year; Jenks deserves the Cy Young; and MLB will retire the Manager of the Year award in Ozzie's name. You guys can call me a Kool-Aid-drinking yahoo all you want, but tell me who the best team in the AL is. If you say Detroit, you will be wrong. And if you say any other team than the Sox, you will be wrong. They are going to win 110 games and will repeat as champs. I said in April they were going to be better than last year and now they're living up to my prediction. My only worry is that Ozzie shouldn't have started Garcia tonight. Now I'm not sure how the rotation will set up for Game 1. That's a small concern, though, since Ozzie is saving Buehrle for the opener. Maybe he's holding Freddy back to give the other teams a chance, lol. They could use the help. How do you guys see the first round going? I say the Sox win it in 2 games.

You made some good predictions earlier in the season-about the repeat, the 110 wins, winning the division by 10 games, etc.--but now you're backing off like a little girl. Stay strong, man. Or maybe you're not really even a true South Side fan? Hmm....I think I'm on to something here. Let's get the sweep!

I never said they'd repeat as champions. The 110, and 10 game division victory--guilty as charged. I'm not gonna offer a come back because I have nothing to say. I gave you permission to attack me so why would I come back. By all means make me look up your insults. I deserve it. Calling me a "girl" is to simple for someone of your great vocabulary. Your better then that.

I thought you'd understand that I was being sarcastic. I was playing a role. My performance is now finished. Hopefully the Sox will do better next season. This season was too painful and frustrating for me to engage with them much after the trading deadline.
