3B is my biggest concern. Mark didn't hit during most of spring training, so they took him to some minor league games and worked with Walker and in 4 days of playing B team guys, everything was A OK? Teahen doesn't have a hit and hasn't hit the ball hard once. This is a power position, not a fundamental guy.
Rios can be next on the list. Another new guy and everything was just going to be OK because he is in Chicago now is not a solution. He had one good year of 24 hr's and is now batting .100?

Queintin is a defensive concern. He never takes a straight line to a ball and with this pitching staff, errors in close games could kill us.
Jones needs to see some playing time in CF.
I am not panicked, but the Rios and Teahen are issues that gave me no reason to see them doing well this year.

Chris Getz is 4 for 10 with 2 stolen bases in his first 3 games as the Royals 2B.

Getz stole 25 bases in around 400 PA last season (2 CS).

If Ozzie wanted to play "ozzie ball" (whatever that is), why not keep Getz and have him cover 2B while Beckham stayed at 3B and worked on his power numbers.

Sure, Getz' defense wasn't the best--but defense skills can and do improve. You can't teach speed.

If Guillen is going to be going to the sac bunt a lot, I'd like to see Vizquel in the 2 hole and Beckham at 5.

Rotate him through SS and 3b and see how he holds up, if/when Teahen and Alexei start hitting, then you can consider sacrificing defense and bat control of Vizquel for offense.

I don't mind a sacrifice bunt to move a runner to 3B with one out, but I want Beckham swinging the bat. He's potentially amongst the best run producers in a shaky lineup, don't take the bat out of his hands.
