On Monday, August 1, 2011, I will be in Section 122, two (2) rows behind the Glorious New York Yankees dugout. I will be the one mercilessly heckling my enemy, A.J. Burnett.

On Wednesday, August 3, 2011, I will be in Section 134, unless I am barred from the ballpark for mercilessly heckling my enemy, A.J. Burnett on Monday, August 1, 2011.

On both days, I will be wearing a Glorious New York Yankees ball cap, with my eight (8) year old son, who will be wearing the identical Glorious New York Yankees ball cap.

Please stop by and say hello, unless you are Spanky or Joe Rod Road. If Spanky and/or Joe Rod Road approach me, I will ignore them and will refuse to shake their hands. I may even give them the evil eye, but there will be no fisticuffs.

Good luck, good bye, and may God Bless America.

While meeting stoneroses86 would be one of the few reasons I'd want to attend a White Sox game, I cannot make either night. I hope you and your son have fun, as well as anyone who visits you at the ballpark.

I thought you left.

Why don't tell us all what you really hope happens to the fine Mr. roses and his offspring while watching the game. You know you want to.

You're full of shit.

Mr. Roses and I are past what you bring up. You should be to.

Yeah, I'm sure he is. I am also sure you're full of shit.

When it comes to you, perception and reality are very far apart. Just what one would expect from the board jester. A bit of introspective self-analysis would do you a great deal of good.

That doesnt make it a word.

It's a word just by virtue of stoneroses86 typing it. Even with his unhealthy love of the Yankees, he's just alright with me.

Q, he's a NY football Giants fan.

So, on to my biggest question then: Did he move to Woodstock, IL solely because of the one in NY?

I'm reasonably certain he moved there because of the Farm and Fleet.

A proper noun. It's the name of that guy who was in The Original Kings of Comedy.

RIGHT.

In this instance I feel supremely confident in my assessment. Just because you've been welcomed back with open arms, doesn't mean peoples' views of you have changed.

Oh, and welcome back, btw.

You can get on him when he says he "knows" something a lot of times, but in this instance he was right on. There are only a very very few people who think of panther as anything higher than sewage runoff.

Well, I am sure stoneroses86 is glad his thread has been co-opted once again by the biggest attention whores on the board.

Glorious!

Had the chance to meet a stonerosies last year at a Sox Yanks game. Good times...if any of you are going, take a few minutes to say hello to the man.

Yes. I laughed.

Panther stumbles upon a good line once in a while.

The sentiment of keeping quiet from him is funny in itself. You add in the way he words it like a copper from the 30's and it makes it  worthy

On an entirely unrelated note, I see that a paltry figure of 21,661 fans were in attendance at Tuesday night's game (53.3% of capacity). That includes at least 7,500, perhaps as many as 10,000, fans of the most Glorious Franchise in professional sports. There is only one word to describe that: piteous. It looks as if the "Noise-O-Meter" was in little or no danger of being exploded by the rambunctious screaming fans.

At least you can easily get a hot dog! Ha ha ha!
