AJ sucks throwing people out, but the only guys that give him any help in that department are Danks and Buerhle.

 Wow. They do almost everything right for 8.2 innings but can't even get a shutout.

What the hell? If you're gonna walk Luke Scott, why not throw one at his temple?

They didn't make it easy but they'll take a win anyway they can get it. Nice outing by Buehrle for his 150 career win.

If there's one White Sox player who Ozzie is really concerned with after last night's finale with the Orioles, it's lefty Chris Sale. #49 seemed to be all over the map before Sergio Santos got his 3rd save as the closer. The Sox haven't had many save opportunities since Mt. Guillen's first eruption April 13th after the A's giveaway, but Ozzie has stopped short of naming Santos as this team's new full-time closer, even though #46 is now 3-for-3 in save chances.

Did anyone see that excellent piece of hitting Vladimir Guerrero unleashed on Chris Sale? That was excellent!

But yeah, the biggest development at the end of this series was that it looks more and more like Sergio Santos is your closer, which it's about damn time for. I was cheering for an Orioles runner to make 2nd base @ 6-2 so Santos could come in and get the save.

I think Vladimir Guerrero has hit the baseball everywhere he's played dating back to when he was a Montreal Expo back in the day. He would've been ideal with the short fences at U.S. Cellular Field...I'm just sayin'.

He didn't get a save? I thought when the tying run comes on deck, its a save situation (provided you don't pitch yourself into that mess)

I thought Sergio was credited with his 3rd save, Frank, in 3 chances. I'm not so sure that Ozzie wanted to bring Santos into the game after Derrek Lee took Chris Sale deep in the top 9th.
