Probably pull himself after the first inning which would kill his trade value, but refuse to pitch until he's traded. Thus killing his value but pissing off Kenny.

Probably the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. I hope he feels as embarrassed as he should today. I don't know when this diva thing started with him but it has to stop. What is this now. The third time he's been sent home. He gets it on the field but he just doesn't get it off the field.
