Ventura is really bad at managing a baseball team.
The roster of this baseball team is not very good.
I don't need a new manager brought in mid-season to improve the season record by 3 games just for them to still miss the playoffs.

If Ventura is back next year, then I'll be pissed. Still....we will still have Kenny, Rick...their crappy roster and their next big up and coming gem of a manager.

I miss the days when the White Sox were good. ugh.

I'm ready for him to go and I'm fairly close to asking questions about all the guys running the farm system. Rick Hahn's been around for four drafts now & I just don't see the promised improvement, nor pipeline to the majors. The top picks have always been lauded, but aside from the college guys they immediately bring up, the rest may as well be ghosts.

I really wonder if there is a consistent, coherent plan through all of the levels being even attempted in this organization.
