But what I really wanted to say was this: I saw an episode of the Dick van Dyke Show where his wife is working (with Ted Knight and Captain Stubing). Lou Grant was on that show, and even though he had his own show, he was a totally different character. He was funny on one show and an unfunny jag on the other. I could be wrong; I only remember seeing in when I was a kid, and like once.

Also, why was Trapper John not played by the actor from Mash? They were equally sexy, if you ask me.

Captain Stubing should have won like eight Emmys for The Love Boat. Great show. Everyone says that the guest stars are what made that show, but no, it was Captain Stubing.

It's a bit embarrassing that MANY pretend the Twins lineup doesn't exist. And along comes Josh Donaldson.

I'm not one of those fans. The Twins are likely to be the Sox biggest competition for the division this season. I just don't see them being able to replicate offensively what they did last year.
