Man, these Blue Jay fans are really giving it to Rios. It's not his fault the former GM was a total fuckup and had to waive him without getting anything in return. Boo that dumbass, you can find him in the unemployment line.

You have to admit, he is dealing. Twelve Ks through six and nobody has hit a ball hard.

That cocksucker Gregg threw more good pitches in that one inning than he did all of last year.

There's a YouTube clip according to the Sun-Times/SCORE Insider Joe Cowley that explains why the Toronto fans have pierced Alex Rios with boos in the first 2 games of this series...

There was a Jayson Nix sighting in last night's 4-2 White Sox loss in Toronto. He was 0-for-1 and grounded out in his only at-bat before taking over at second base in the bottom 8th with last night's leadoff hitter Omar Vizquel shifting from second to third for defense. The SCORE/Sun-Times' Joe Cowley hinted Jayson could be in the starting lineup this eve vs. righty Brandon Morrow. If Nix starts this eve as Cowley hinted, I think he plays third base with Gordon Beckham returning to second base after DH-ing last night.

Sorry to disappoint you, RP Bryan...Jayson Nix is NOT on "SHARK's List of Greatness".

How does Andruw Jones not stay in the lineup after this series? He has killed the ball in every at bat I've seen

Hawk didn't say 'you can cancel the post game show'. He'll say it after a couple batters let alone when someone gives up their first hit in the 5th.

Everybody but Mark Kotsay, starting for Paul Konerko at first base tonight, had a hit in the 11-1 White Sox beatdown of the Blue Jays in Toronto. It's their second win at Rogers Centre in 3 years, and only 10,000 or so bothered to show up, the smallest crowd the Blue Jays have had since 1979 at Exhibition Stadium, also vs. the White Sox.

Most White Sox fans are unable to travel to Canada without violating their parole.

This is the kind of lefty asshole that twists the Sox hitters into knots. I really thought they would hit Romero the other night because he's a harder thrower and not one of these finesse dickheads. That home run (which should have counted for two) might be enough.

Why was Pierre called out there? He didn't have possesion of 3rd base so he didn't have to go back and touch it. I think the ump blew that call.

edit: maybe because of that step towards home he should have retouched 3rd base.
