I was 13 when Sosa got traded. I don't remember his time with the Sox very well. I was trying to come up with players that played for both teams in that time frame.

Check that. He batted .233 that year. But he was exciting and had 15 homers. I think he came on and had a good 2nd half that year.

I was at a game that year where he hit 2 triples. Fast as hell.

Don't go crazy now. He hit .233/.282/.404. He was also caught stealing 16 times and made 14 errors. Giant pile of suck.

Alex Rios would gladly take 15 HRs and a .230avg at this point.
