Melky Cabrera is one of the team's best at not making outs. Robin just had him bunt to move runners to 2nd and 3rd. Frazier proceeded to pop out. Great game management, giving up outs when you have demonstrated an inability to hit Matt Harvey. |

Another own offensive opportunity. This offense is offensive to my good nature. |

Enough....the next two batters fucking do their job One of those batters was JB fucking Shuck. Robin took the bat out of Melky's hands (again, one of the best on the team at not making outs), so that Todd Frazier (who is not nearly as good at not making outs) and JB Shuck (puh-lease) could take their cracks. Why not have Melky and Frazier taking hacks at 1st and 2nd, instead of Frazier and Shuck at 2nd and 3rd with 1 out? It's awful, awful, situational awareness like this from a team's manager that costs them runs, and wins, over a season. Robin does this stupid shit all the time. |

I'm actually rooting for the Sox today. Ventura should definitely be murdered. |

The Sox are gonna need to score 6 in the 9th if they only want to lose by 1. |

The most interesting thing about the Sox offense today was Ed Farmer snapping at someone just before the singing of "God Bless America": "Look, are we gonna screw this up again?" |

Definitely a Quintana like loss. Pitch a real good game only to lose by 1 run to a guy who has been struggling |

RFDC wrote: Definitely a Quintana like loss. Talk about unfair. Which of the 2 hits the Sox got were your favorite? That against Harvey, who had an ERA over 6 and was on the verge of being dropped from the rotation a couple weeks ago. |
