Sale Moncada Kopech Basabe Diaz Quintana Jimenez Cease Fleete Rose It is interesting to compare as the top two players in each trade are a top fielding prospect and big armed pitcher with issues but tons of as yet unrealized potential. Lots of people across the internet were quick to say Hahn would never get a Sale type of deal for Quintana. It looks like to me that he did. It may be a little lighter but it looks very much comparable in kind. |

Red Sox ripped of the White Sox. Sox won the Quintana trade. |

It may be a little lighter but it looks very much comparable in kind. Very similar...the second trade is the Lite version of the first. Jimenez and Moncada are similar with Moncada having a slight edge, but Kopech is more of a sure thing than Cease, I think. |

If the Sox got Devers this could be an interesting discussion. Instead it was Diaz, who is literally doing nothing, and Basabe who plain sucks. |

I'm not gonna get mad, they just got a true blue chip prospect for a guy I would've been happy to just salary dump, but what the hell was Hahn thinking? What they have now plus Devers would be huge, legitimately the top 3 position prospects in the game. |
