A toolsly multi-sport outfield prospect with speed but little power, low on base %, and generally lacking overall baseball skill

They got Kodi Medieros. Former first rounder. Funky lefty with a low slot. Power sinker fringy secondaries. Now bring Fulmer back up.

Shoutout to Senator Diane Feinstein for breaking this

They got a late bloomer 20 year old who's crushing the DSL. Probably nothing, but you never know.

Medioros is really an interesting prospect. At the very least they desperately needed more lefties.

If nothing else, it's another spin of the prospect wheel for a guy whose skills were basically wasted on this team. While not having many reliable relievers can make White Sox games a tough watch, why not?

The Sox currently have 4 lefties in the bullpen and Bummer sitting down in triple a. I sure hope pussy pants is working on trading at least Avilan and Cedeno. If someone offers something decent for Fry he can go too.

If they could have gotten anything for these guys they would've done it.

The Blue Jays were able to get something for Aaron Loup and the Rangers were able to get something for Jake Diekman. Avilan is better than Loup and as good if not better than Diekman.

Avilan sucks. Agree with America. If there was something worthwhile, a deal would have been made.

I highly doubt any of these bullpen clowns will be claimed in waivers anyway, so a deal is still possible.

Quote:
White Sox acquired LHP Hunter Shcryver from the Rays for international slot money.
Schryver was assigned to High-A Winston-Salem. A seventh-round pick out of Villanova, Schryver has a 2.40 ERA over 48 1/3 innings with a 97/19 K/BB ratio in stops at the Low-A and High-A levels. He's strictly a reliever, but potentially a good one with a deceptive arm slot.

Serious under-the-radar power move right there, buddy. He might have a stupid name, but you can’t argue with 97 Ks in 48 IP.

Why would the Sox hold them? Makes no sense.

Cause they need to field a team. You want them to trade the whole team?
