He's there because of the amount of money they spent on him, and the fact that they consider him to be the outfield version of Moncada. As for Cease, he's had a pretty steady rise up the prospect charts. I think he's appropriately ranked. |

Robert is currently not a prospect in my eyes. He will need a healthy season to redeem himself. Should not be on this list at all. Rutherford is too low. Basabe, Micker and Collins not being on here is a joke. |

they also released the rankings of minor league and player development staff... white sox were ranked 42nd out of 30 teams. |

Isn't Robert only like 20? (maybe 22 in Cuban years?) It's a no brainer that he needs to stay healthy, but there is still some time for him to develop. |

My only quibble with the list is I don't understand how Rutherford makes it and Collins doesn't. Collins hits better than Rutherford and he plays a more important defensive position. He's either awful defensively, or they didn't think this fully through. |
