Has Robert even played 20 games this season? Cease should be higher.

Close. 21. He's there because of the amount of money they spent on him, and the fact that they consider him to be the outfield version of Moncada. As for Cease, he's had a pretty steady rise up the prospect charts. I think he's appropriately ranked.

Robert is currently not a prospect in my eyes. He will need a healthy season to redeem himself. Should not be on this list at all.

Rutherford is too low.
Basabe, Micker and Collins not being on here is a joke.

they also released the rankings of minor league and player development staff... white sox were ranked 42nd out of 30 teams.

Collins should based on his OBP.

Isn't Robert only like 20? (maybe 22 in Cuban years?)
It's a no brainer that he needs to stay healthy, but there is still some time for him to develop.

My only quibble with the list is I don't understand how Rutherford makes it and Collins doesn't. Collins hits better than Rutherford and he plays a more important defensive position. He's either awful defensively, or they didn't think this fully through.
