Worst move they ever made was alienating and then launching Ozzie. He is the only guy capable of managing strong-willed and/or incredibly green and/or immature young latino players. He is like a Don. He commands respect. He would have had Machado afraid for his fucking ass if he dicked him over. No doubt about that.
