He would sell for over a billion and his purchase price was ~$20 million. He would owe capital gains on any amount above that purchase price. If he dies, his son can sell and would only be taxed on any amount that is over the value at the time of Jerry's death. |

Reinny is going to move the team to Vegas and then sell it. Bank on it. It does not have a state income tax. The tax benefits would benefit not only the club itself but also any players employed by the team. He's also likely to get a pretty favorable stadium deal there. |
