This has to be and MLB reccord for consecutive days spent in a home city by a team during the season. Starting Friday - 15 games in 17 days. All in Chicago. This includes 3 games at Wrigley. Five 3 game series vs KC, Yanks, Cubs, A's & TB. Two book end series at the cell with the Cubs at Wrigley in the middle. The only question - Will the Sox be able to drink in the Wrigley Field club house? It is a road game but they will have their cars. Hmmmm. |

I find it painfully ironic that they stop alcohol sales at that point, and that's usually when MacDougal starts to warm up, which is when any Sox fan needs a drink the most. And yes, I do realize that I'm the guy that said he would have been a better option at closer than Aardsma should Jenks falter. Who am I crappin, I was WAY off on that one. |
