Was a AAA pitcher looks like he was demoted to A+ and then waived and picked up by Cleveland. Not sure what went wrong with this guy. |

Career minor league ERA of 3.98 but an ERA approaching 9 this year. Plus one surgery under his belt. Quote: Stephens has spent the majority of the 2019 campaign at Triple-A Charlotte (3-4, 8.39 ERA in 9G/6GS), also making one start at High-A Winston-Salem.
The native of Houston has already had Tommy John surgery, which cost him most of his college season in 2014. |
