Can I do stubhub a few hours before the game?

My son does that to go to games and gets upper deck seats in SF for like $5. Then works his way down.

Does the same thing work at Sox Park? Like say 2 hours before the game, if I stub hub it will upper deck seats be like $5?

The Mets game i'm planning to go to I am thinking wont' be sold out as it's on a Wednesday. So maybe just do the stubhub thing and get it really cheap.

Gonna stand by this thread, bitches. Buying tickets to a game is not like buying tickets to a movie. Couldn't be any more different. On the net there are good deals and bad deals for the same general seats: there are insane fees, decent fees, and no fees. What I wanted to know is are some sites better/cheaper than others, or is the net just not worth it and instead you should buy tickets in person. And if you buy them in person then that's a totally different environment when it comes to getting a good deal. I cared about the deal. If I didn't care about the deal then I'd just buy tickets straight off the Sox website.

The other time I paid $11 for section 110, and took the Pace Bus out to Burr Ridge after the game and was the only rider.
