Almost at 81 games as of this post.

What are your thoughts Sox fans?

I'll say get all these youngsters up in the 2nd half AND PLAY THEM!

Even for a cup of coffee. What do you have to lose.

If this was 2 weeks ago, I would say they are contending for a playoff spot.

Now w/ injuries and some questionable management decisions I'm not sure.

They get close to .500 and then seem to lose 3 or 4 in a row.

They have to tighten that defense up too.

Where do you check the standings? Just wondering how you knew they were close to 81 games. I’m waiting for my Sun-Times subscription to renew so I can see the standings.

I watch Keith Olberman and Stuart Scott on Sportscenter.

Scott's delivery is a little stiff nowadays.

Definitely an improved team, but a shit starting rotation that will prevent them from ever going on an extended run and too many hitters who can't get on base.

Basically they are where they ought to be. Check odds from march win totals were at 74 75 most places.
