Post subject: | 2019 White Sox at the Half Way Mark |
Almost at 81 games as of this post. What are your thoughts Sox fans? I'll say get all these youngsters up in the 2nd half AND PLAY THEM! Even for a cup of coffee. What do you have to lose. If this was 2 weeks ago, I would say they are contending for a playoff spot. Now w/ injuries and some questionable management decisions I'm not sure. They get close to .500 and then seem to lose 3 or 4 in a row. They have to tighten that defense up too. |

Where do you check the standings? Just wondering how you knew they were close to 81 games. I’m waiting for my Sun-Times subscription to renew so I can see the standings. |

Definitely an improved team, but a shit starting rotation that will prevent them from ever going on an extended run and too many hitters who can't get on base. |

Basically they are where they ought to be. Check odds from march win totals were at 74 75 most places. |
