Not his fault García sucked with the bases loaded or Encarnacion ended the game looking.

But it is his fault he’s putting dunbass lineups out there and consistently batting Delmonico ahead of Robert along with basically every other worthless thing he does.

This team is fucking lazy. They don't give a shit.

Thats why they were so good in exhibition season. the other teams in exhibition don't give a shit. hence the word exhibition.

so they were playing down to the sox level. thats why the sox looked so good

but now the real season started. and most mlb teams give a shit. but not this wsox team.

instead of LET THE KIDS PLAY as their motto it should be LET THEM EAT CAKE!

A normal, good baseball day for me is a 2-0, Cubs win; Sox lose. Today might be a 3-0.

At this point I launch Ricky and Coop and bring back Ozzie.

It tells you something when Giolito had to go outside of the org to get fixed and the only starter to go 5+ is the one who never worked with Coop before.

It is highly disappointing that Delmonico is still on this team and playing a major role. He should have been one of those guys you jettison the second you're ready to compete.

When a guy you actually released last year is now your cleanup hitter (or #2 hitter) to start the year, something has gone wrong.

He went from Rich to Ricky as an adult. What a tool.

Same goes for Joey Orr Road Rod, Caller Bobby, Dr. Kenny and Harvard Danny.

They matter but not nearly as much as most people seem to think

The team with the best players is going to win 99% of the time over a long season.

But this isn't a long season.

And the team who repeatedly bats Nicky Delmonico in the middle of a lineup is going to lose more often than not.

Yea, managers will matter more the shorter the timeline is. That's why they come up bigger in playoffs too.

But over 162, its the players. Which is why Dusty Baker's career winning pct is in line with Tony LaRussa's. But LaRussa has 3 World Series wins.

If starting pitching wasn't atrocious they'd be fine.

Still one of the worst defensive teams in baseball, which maybe why the pitching is bad.

The Sox gave up a grand total of 9 runs in a double header where the SPs didn't even cover 5 innings combined.

The pitching wasn't the problem yesterday.

My posts referred to the starting pitching specifically through 5 games. They've under-performed and if they get back to normal everything will be fine.

Nope. Putting AAA players above superstars would still be a problem
