Get a 48 hour break before the best team in baseball resumes their rampage. Let's get the sweep and get ready for the Twins.

Here here.

Getting back into the Sox again this season makes me miss 'Ole Hawkeroo's voice on the telecasts, though.

Its just not the same with Bernstein's buttboy and The Boner-loving Poney teaming-up to bore the fuck out of us.

Hopefully we can solve the country’s problems in the next 24-48 hours and this series goes smoothly. Sox 2020 WS run is too important to be sidelined by civil unrest.

I've got to say that I am enjoying the hell out of listening to Stone talk pitching with some of the Sox guys and explaining what he sees in their development and the changes in league pitching in general. Its pretty deep stuff but he explains it well to people who want to learn more about pitching.

I'd much rather see Ozzie teamed up with Stone.

Ozzie would talk over him and try to be the star.

He would probably be attracted to the snazzy outfits that Ozzie wears. It could work.

I don't care for Ozzie's bullshit. I always thought that AJ was going to be Hawk's replacement and wish that the Sox would have given him a chance at the job. As a former player and pitching coach, I'd have really enjoyed the insight of a catcher paired with Stone and I always thought that AJ would be a natural broadcaster.

Nice game all around for the Sox today against the Pirates. Felt sorry for the Pirate starting pitcher. The kid never had a chance in that game. Kuechel was clutch as usual and did his job. Another big show by the hitters including Mendick and once again Jimenez shows his great talent. Very solid defensively also.

I love Ozzie for the same reason I love Trump: He says what is on his mind, regardless of the consequences.

Having someone lead with true honesty should always be celebrated, but those who seek control feel threatened by these types of people.

Those, controlling types, we need to keep them feeling as uncomfortable as possible.

Maybe we get lucky, and Jason goes to a more national broadcast of something.

I think that Jason will eventually take over the Sunday Night Baseball broadcast, and do Monday through Friday for the White Sox. Similar pattern to Jon Miller back in the day with the Giants.

His ability to do three sports for ESPN will make them want to keep him in the fold, so they will work out a deal with Jerry to let him split his time.

They had their chance. AJ has been great on his national appearances. I always figured that Stone couldn't stand him, though. Still, that might have made the broadcasts better. Both of them do a good job explaining what is easily the most complex of the major sports.

Benetti's not bad, but I keep trying to like him, and it's not quite working.

Stone knows AJ is Hawk's guy.

The Stone Bonerlover probably still has nightmares about being picked on by The Hawkeroo.

I can't saw that Benetti is a good broadcaster. He is trying and I think still learning his craft. I cut the guy some slack, though, because of the path that he had to take and to achieve what he achieved despite some tough physical problems is a credit to him.

Lopez loooooves to give runs right back to the opposition after his offense gives him the lead. Just like Danks used to.

I'm surprised he limited them to one run. Not a bad job after getting himself in a jam. Still....no confidence in him right now.

Lopez is versatile. He has no problem giving up a bunch of runs even if the Sox have 0 on the board themselves.
