The destination is the same but I think the difference is that Ricky has proven he isn't a good manager with the White Sox compared to just being fired because the Cubs probably tampered with Joe Maddon, who people think wasn't very good either. |

Ricky has now had five years of being a head coach in MLB. It's no longer a raw deal for him to be removed. |
