It's cool recognition and he's good, but RBI Baseball is currently the non-union Mexican equivalent of a video game baseball. To be fair, Javy was on the cover of the good video baseball game last year, and he sucked. They have a tiered player system that people get moved up and down in based on their season performance, but they couldn't lower his rating since he was on the cover.

RBI Baseball was the shit back in the day. I probably played that more than anything on NES. I remember buying the first edition of the reboot that came out about 5 years ago. I just wanted a simple baseball game that I could mess around with. That game was completely awful. I guess I should have been expecting that with the $15 price point. I honestly would have been happier with the same 1980's graphics and updated rosters.
