Those two should just have a fat guy quasi-backup-catcher fight in front of the mound. They can bring in Lloyd McClendon from where ever he is hanging out to go be the ref. Why would swinging be a breach of etiquette? You are trying to get the game over as quickly as possible and swinging is going to result in an out more times than not. |
