GREAT solid all around game. If things hold up, 1 game out of Houston. If Tampa hadnt blown that lead earlier in the week, we'd be lookin' at a tie with Houston after tonight. For whatever reason, it's hard to believe Tigers are under .500. They are not an easy team. |

Jose still has an outside shot at the RBI crown. Had four today, still down 4 to Salvador |

Game is probably gonna be called off tomorrow with all the forecasted rain and nothing on the line. So unless they come back, they'll head into the playoffs on a loss. |

Yeah if he throws like that in the playoffs nobody's touching him. Kimbrel looked good last night too. |

Houston wins last night, nailin' down the home-field in the Division Series. If it wasn't for those 2 bases loaded walks earlier in the week by Tamps... |

With all of these steals it's like the Tigers want to put something on tape for Houston to use. Grandal can't throw out any runner. |

Hell of a year for the Tigers' Akil Badoo as a Rule 5 pick out of A ball. Too many strikeouts but an OPS over .760 in over 400 PA, and a very respectable slash line. |

Time to keep a wary eye on the Tigers. Last I looked they were a top 5 minor league system. Don't want them fucking with our window. STAY AWAY FROM THE WINDOW |

It seems like Cleveland is going to step back and Detroit is going to step forward next year. Nice avatar by the way. Let's do everything we can to stick it to those bastards. |

Tigers have to find an entire bullpen and still hope on some development in starting pitching. That isn't happening in one year. Also, for a young team their lineup was really centered around cheap veterans having resurgent years. Maybe they dip into the FA market and get one of those old, future HOF that are hitting the market to be bell cows for their talented young starting staff which kicks them up to just above .500. Still, they won't be playoff ready next year. |
