Man exposed himself at Franklin shopping center, police report says

FRANKLIN - Franklin Police have arrested 23-year-old Ryan Drop for the second time on charges of indecent exposure regarding alleged public masturbation.

Drop was arrested Friday at The Factory at Franklin shopping complex on Franklin Road, where police responded to a complaint that he was masturbating in a store, according to a news release.

Drop was arrested last December and charged after reports stated that he was masturbating at JoAnn fabric store in Cool Springs.

Drop has a lengthy history of arrests including a previous indecent exposure charge and a previous public indecency charge, according to the release. He is employed by a store at The Factory, but the news release did not specify which one or if that store was the location of his arrest.

Drop was on probation for a previous felony charge when he was arrested Friday. An emergency probation violation warrant was issued to Drop, who is being held without bond in the Williamson County Jail.

Leave it to a fucking redneck like nwo to be perusing some obscure Tennessee newspaper for unflattering stories about White Sox fans.

I'll bet that you were as giddy as a schoolgirl while working feverishly to get that story posted here as fast as possible. Of course, you probably have the good sense to jack off to your Chipper Jones poster in private, so you probably feel that puts you a step or two above this guy. Good for you.

Um, I don't think he was taking a shot at Sox fans. I'm pretty sure he just thought it was a funny story, which it was.

Of course he was taking a shot. That is his m.o. It usually goes something like this: "I'm a Braves fan, so I don't really care that much about Chicago baseball, but......{insert stupid comment about White Sox or their fans here}"

By the way, what is so funny about a guy jacking off in a store? I've never done it, but I'm sure that it happens all the time. That story is really not any more amusing to me than a story about a guy in a White Sox shirt getting a speeding ticket. Who really cares?

Is it just me or do the NL Champion rings look much better then the Champion rings? The White Sox ring reminds of an old ring your grandmother would pass down to you, only with some extra bling on it.

I agree with what you're saying about NWO/Fred's Missing Nuts, but the story is still funny.
