He didn't do himself any favors with the "I don't have to say anything, fans are smart and they see what's going on." That's been the boilerplate answer for a couple decades with the cookie cutter announcers. He certainly had no problem with the unbridled enthusiasm at weird times when the fans are smart and see what's going on. Should have pushed back. You scared? |
