I'm a Sox fan but I really can't help but like/respect _________ on the Cubs.

Posting the opposite on the Cubs side.

For the record I named Thome, Konerko and Buerhle on the Sox.

And I know you're all anxious to know this, but I am impressed by your guys so far.

This might be one of the only years that I can say that I honestly don't give a shit about any of the Cub players....that gives me more time to watch Joe Crede throw a few more balls into the stands.

But my favorite Cub of all time is definitely Andre Dawson.

Thanks, FF, I have noticed on many forums the natural positon of the regulars to the "noob" posters is to assume that post count somehow equals intelligence/ability to post coherent discussion. I would argue that often the inverse is true.

FTR i am in no way singling you out Frank, it's just if people are going to constantly post up reactionary, attention seeking, pointless, predictable, and unfunny drivel, thus deterring and frustrating new traffic to come in and add something constructive, people are going to react to it, and more likely, just leave. I realize every forum is a circle jerk to an extent, but some of the shit i've seen bandwidth wasted on here is just absurd.

Interesting I posted this several places.

So far most popular Cubs among Sox fans. Lee, Fukudome and Theriot.

Most popular Sox. Thome was mentioned by almost every single person. Definitely had the most votes. Konerko second. Buerhle third.

I'm a Cub fan who only roots against the Sox when they play the Cubs.
