the Sox arent hitting. The OBP is very good and I hope it continues. Without Crede and Quintin, the Sox would be around .500 like everyone else. When it gets warmer, I hink they'll hit more. Dye, Konerko and Thome have to produce for the Sox to have a chance and I think they will. I still worry about the starters. They have surprised me up tp now but I worry everytime "all" of them take the mound. The cold April has been a blessing because cold weather usually favors the pitching. Hopefully the success of the starters will affect their confidence and push them into the Summer when the hitters actually start hitting. To me, the bullpen will be one of the best but the Starters are the key to this team holding on over Cleveland and Detroit. I know they are coming eventually. I Scoreboard watch everyday. My second fav team is whoever is playing them. |
