Damn we need a lead off hitter bad. My thought is Josh Fields and Jerry Owens and/or Ramirez for Brian Roberts. Usually a pitcher has to be involved as well but as long as he's not on the major league roster I'd have no problem. What can they possibly want for him? The Orioles will be out of the race by July and he wont be as valuable. Get him now Kenny! |

I agree, Ive been saying the same thing a few different times. I believe the concensus response is we dont have enough to make it work. |

While a leadoff guy like Roberts would help, it still would not take away from the fact that Thome, Konerko, and Swisher are closer to a .200 avg than a .230 avg. |
