I glanced at an article that was touting this player. Fifty some odd RBIs already? I don't know much of anything about the Sox minor league system, but why wouldn't he get a call up? Konerko and Thome are so entrenched in their roles that they each couldn't get a game or two off a week to allow this guy to play? Curious to hear from the faithful as I am merely a heretic. |

Promote 'em all I say. Cuz let me tell you something. There is nothing sweeter then some no name guy coming up from the sticks to help the Sox win games. |

He's not on the 40 man so they'd have to release one player from it to bring him up. They will have to do the same thing for Loaiza assuming they are bringing him on. |

I believe he is a 27 year old that they picked off a Rule 5 scrap heap. He is purely a AAAA player. |

Ouch. I just looked up his DOB. This guy is going to turn 28 in a month. So much for Phil Rogers's acumen. Don't doubt the dolphin. |

He is purely a AAAA player. The dreaded 4A label. I've seen a few of those in Cubs uniforms over the years. Thanks for the info. |

Joe Borchard Corey Patterson Hah! That's fodder for the grill. See if the neighborhood tavern takes it and runs with it. Somebody tell Mac because he never posts in any section but his own. Gary Scott Felix Pie is making his audition to be on this list. Tuffy Rhodes |

Sad to say, but it might be a take 50 to do the list justice. I have to devote actual thought to putting this together. I'm having a senior moment and missing a couple of good ones... |

Miguel Olivo. Has had a decent career, but was never the superstar the Sox thought he'd be. |
