First game of the series is tomorrow at 1:20. Good guys got John Danks (4-4, 2.90 ERA) going up against Ted Lilly (7-5, 4.76 ERA). White Sox are coming in after sweeping the Pirates, Cubs after being swept by the Rays. Danks and Lilly both went six innings with no runs allowed in their last start. Should be a good game, I'm predicting the Sox take the first game of the series. |

Cubs have a bad series, now a very quick turnaround after traveling tonite. The best thing for the Sox is to jump out to an early lead. Put 3 or 4 on the board first time thru the order and set the tone for the series. Keep swinging the sticks boys. |

I agree, getting out early would be huge. Cubs bullpen got beat up Thurs as well. After just watching the SC special on Lou/Ozzie and how they enjoy fireworks...got me thinking, which manager is more likely to get tossed (if any) in the series? |

Do you guys really consider this a road game for the Sox? Because really, there was no travel, and about half the crowd there will be toothles...er Sox fans So, seriously, what do you guys think? |

Jesus don't tell me I've got to listen to Hawk and DJ this whole game. I was hoping not to have to listen to Santo. |

Its a rain delay, sportsline says 1:45 start time. Usually both of the team's respective broadcasters call these games-- unless they are on FOX or ESPN. |

Am I wrong or is the Cubs/Sox game on both WGN and Comcast. Darn Sox brought the rain with them. |

The Cubs are simply a good hitting team, so I will be happy if we keep them under 10 hits. |

Nice AJ. Neither pitcher is looking too sharp today. Looks like the Sox have brought their hitting from the Pirates series so far. |

Danks is really looking sharp now after a rough start. Maybe the rain delay was fuckin with him. |

Get Swish over, get him in. Danks is cruising right now. Hopefully can go thru 7. |

Dammit. Leadoff double and he stays right there. Shifts the momentum a little, hopefully Danks can go 1-2-3 here in the 6th. |
