Teixaira to the Halos for Kotchman! he is better than Swisher or Paulie Walnuts. Don't fall back on 2005! I have been a Sox fan for 50 years so just tell me that there was nothing out there to get!!!!!!!!You Ken Williams are a spin doctor and I'm sick of it! |

Kotchman is having a pretty good year, and the Angels have refused to trade him in the past. I'm not sure the White Sox could have matched a young player with MLB experience like Kotman (sorry Josh Fields). |

Right, because you predicted Konerko would be hitting .212 as we head into August? |

Yeah, and he has a no trade clause. So yeah, we are stuck with him. Get back to drinking, you seem to be better at that than you are posting. |

I'd love to see more titles, with or without Konerko. I also did not think he would be this bad this year, nor that the Sox would be leading this division at the end of July. You're an idiot. |

Who did you want Kenny to trade for Texierra? Paulie? Swish? Uribe and the right to Sandy Martinez, Sr? Kotchman is better than any of the previous mentioned players. Who could you trade on the whole team right now? any player with any trade value you need. |

[ You're an idiot.[/quote] I will get my GED so I can match wits with a Frank Coztansa. I am also so sorry to think that the Sox have anyone in there organization that a contender would want, or that there are any players out there that can help this team. |

Who could you trade on the whole team right now? any player with any trade value you need. The only players they have of sufficient value, would be pitchers. If they wanted to part with Danks or Floyd, teams might be very interested. Pitchers who make relatively little money and look to be top of the rotation guys, are gold. But I am not suggesting they should trade either, as I believe them to be the Sox best players for the future. Unless they have pitchers in the minor leagues (which they don't) that teams would be really hot for, they are screwed. Don't expect many-if any changes. Kenny did a great job in getting Alexi Ramirez and Carlos Quentin. But trading for Cabrerra, who will likely leave after the season, was stupid. If they were going to trade Garland, they should have gotten someone that would have been around for more than a single season. And, as it turns out, the long term contract they gave Paulie, was a big mistake. Nobody is going to want that contract and they are stuck with him. After the season, Thome will be gone, Cabrerra will be gone, Crede will be gone and Kenny can take some of that cash and try to rebuild again. But for now, changes will not be dramatic, if there are any at all. |

I think Kenny is going to do something. It may not be a huge move but I think he'll do something to improve this team. No one ever heard of that De Los Santos guy until after Kenny traded him and he was suddenly the next Pedro Martinez. I'm sure there are a couple guys in the low minors nobody's heard of that could interest other GM's. |

You're clearly not a Sox fan. Not for a week, not for 50 years like you claim. How many rings did that Choi and Hernandez move bring in? Go back to your coloring books. |
