Brian Anderson....popping up to the SS with 2 runners in scoring position and 1 out. I'm rooting for this guy to hit enough to keep the job, but you have to drive in that runner there. Not acceptable. |

The White Sox got only 3 runs tonight, and had 14 hits in this win...Go figure! Both teams left a combined 21 men on base at the Trop this eve. |

Wonder if Beckham will be up on the first day of June. |

Going into tonight's game, #18 was hitting just .077 this season in limited action...As for Jayson Nix, don't hold your breath concerning his return to the bigs anytime soon. I read in the Sun-Times today that he's still in Arizona, and the quad injury he hurt in Spring Training isn't nearly healed. |

Unless he's going to play everyday, why bring him up, and it's my understanding that they have Beckham playing SS in the minors. |

I watched every inning of that game last night and god was it painful. The entire game felt like we were losing and I had to keep checking the scoreboard to make sure we were still up 2-0. Maybe it's just that dreary dump of a stadium or that I didn't think we'd hold that slim lead. Great to get the W but man it wasn't fun to watch. Anyone been there? It was the saddest place I've ever been. |

For the defending American League Champions, that's just awful in my opinion. I remember last September, the Rays weren't exactly filling that ballpark during their playoff run, and the folks on ESPN Radio nationally were openly critical of Tampa's lack of fan support for their Rays. Additionally, I remember Eric Collins pinch hit for Steve Stone on The SCORE during one of the regular season visits the White Sox made down there, and he mentioned something during one of the radio broadcasts about a non-binding referendum regarding a new ballpark by voters. Any idea what happened to that plan? |

Thornton gives up a grand slam and Ozzie puts in MacDougal to try and save the inning? what the hell is he thinking? Why is MacDougal still on this team? |

SHARK, use your influence and power and get this "Walt Williams Neck" look-a-like MacDougal off the Sox team now. |

RFDC wrote: SHARK, use your influence and power and get this "Walt Williams Neck" look-a-like MacDougal off the Sox team now. RFDC, I wish I had that kind of power to get MacDougal and his beard out of Chicago once and for all...SHARK is NOT Kenny Williams, and something tells me if MacDougal continues to suck in relief, the White Sox will cut their losses with #47, one way or the other... |

Tampa's pitching sure doesn't look the same as last year. Stone is committed that the ball is carry better, how can that be in a dome? |

27 runs (so far) in a 4 game series. It's hard not to win 3 out of 4 with that run production.Should have swept if not for the slam. How can't this team win the division? |

The starting pitching on this team is starting out really good. If Contrares can get his control back, and Colon can stay healthy, look out. |

Yeah, it was right the first time. If one of the starters fail/get hurt, Clayton Richard gets plugged into the roatation. |
