That's not what I heard. Brian Anderson felt light-headed and DeWayne Wise replaced #32 in the top 5th last night. It's believed Bobby Jenks had similar symptoms when he blew that save vs. Pittsburgh about a week to 10 days ago. Even though yet another unknown, Oakland lefty Brett Anderson, started today's game at "The Cell", Wise got the start ahead of Brian in center field.

What's with Anderson and all kinds of bugs he attracts? Didn't he get something a while back too, playing in winter leagues in Venezuela?

I felt really sick after I left the game today as a result of the way The Sox played. :x

Ranger specifically stated on the post-game show that it's a bug going around the clubhouse and not H1N1.

Worse than this is Conor Jackson of the Diamondbacks, who's got an apparently nasty case of Valley Fever. He's on the 15-day disabled list and since Valley Fever symptoms are similar to mononucleosis (from what I understand, you develop a "rash" on the lungs that sticks around for months) he may not return this season.

Hilarious silver lining to the story: Jackson is going to appear on NBC's General Hospital.
