Why would Ozzie be in trouble? I think he played the best hand he could with the cards dealt to him in 2008 and 2009.

Kenny in the next year or 2 if this team doesn't make serious strides towards another WS. He's been preaching that he's been rebuilding on the fly, and cried poor more than once, so if this team doesn't at least make the ALCS by 2010, he could be and should be gone.

 Right, it was the media who got Dusty Baker, Dick Jauron, and Jerry Manuel canned. All the media, nothing to do with the those guys at all!

So you don't think the media turned on Dusty.Jauron.or Manuel.Right now they are turning on Lovie and never liked Vinny.

Asswipe. Everybody turned on Dusty and Jauron, and rightly so.

Have you heard on sports talk people still defend Dusty? and if you think Kenny will be fired before Ozzie you are nuts!

jesus christ chicago fans annoy me sometimes. get the freak over it.

ozzie is no worse than a lot of managers. is he worse than dusty? NO.

and this crap with King Jerry...get over it. Most sports owners are full of themselves and assholes.

Kenny at least is the real deal. He can be an ass but mostly Cubs fans are more envious than they are really angry. The guy's made good deals. Hendry's made bad decisions.

If I were a White Sox fan...first of all...I'd probaby be a little less tense...second of all, I would not be thinking about the "glow" "wearing off".

Nas, I meant to type 2011. Maybe that clears things up a bit.

Why would people want Ozzie fired? WS in 05, playoffs in 08. Better than most managers in MLB.

If they can land a lead off guy and avoid any major injuries I believe they will be a contender this season. With the roster they have now I feel they could win the division. One of the best rotations in baseball. I think Rios will have a monster year and make everyone forget about Dye. Teahan may be the only so called hole in the lineup.

What about the bullpen??????The bullpen sucked.

The Yankees hadn't won a WS since 2000 and dumbass fans were calling for the GM's job. The Sox haven't won a WS since 2005 and dumbass fans are calling for the GM's job. Yeah, what a terrible comparison.

My God what a dipshit. Yankees 27 World Series.Dumb asses cling to the one. You probably think Cutler is the best Bears Qb and Rose will bring the Bulls a championship.

The point, dumbfuck, is the Yankees didn't listen to dumbfucks (like you) and stuck with their man and were rewarded with another WS.

You make Frank look like a genius! Cashman took the Yankees to 7 World Series and won 5, and he was on the hot seat! Kenny Williams took them to ONE and won and you fucking jags have him as GM for life.

When you get a clue let me know

Before this season the Yankees went to 4 (the last in '01) and won 3 WS (the last in '00) under Cashman. You're pathetic.

kenny is one of the better GM's in baseball. he's made some questionable deals but just about every GM does. you have to gamble sometimes. he puts out a competitive team most of the time, like Nas said.

players win championships, not GM's. as usual, WWN is just brash without thoughtfulness nor reflectiveness. he's in his fifties going on 14.

Last time I looked, the Yankees have and spend more money than God...
Hopefully all of their future World Series games will be played in November when no one cares.

I have reflected the White Sox have won one WS is my lifetime, and Kenny Williams will not win you another.
That qoute is Jerry Krause like...and the last time the Bulls won a Champioship Krause was the GM.

The Yankees make nothing but money.....They are run as a BUSINESS and not some sort of Mom and Pop grocery store where the fragile ego of the nerdy Chairman is not the focus.
