Post subject:  Anyone been to Family Field Day or the Garage Sale?
Thinking of taking my kids this weekend since tee ball is later in the day - is it worth the trip? The on field stuff sounds like fun.

The field day is worth the effort. It's a little pricey for what you get but it is a unique experience for the kids.

All Sox garage sales feature overpriced crap and overcrowded with elbow to elbow nerdy Soxfest attendees.

The whole idea of a garage sale is to sell your old junk at "to move" prices. The Sox sell things like broken bats from bench players who are no longer on the team for $100. The problem is, the nerds buy it so the Sox have no incentive to price the objects appropriately ($5).
