White Sox optioned LHP Randy Williams to Triple-A Charlotte.

It's rather amazing that he stuck with the team for this long. Williams had an obscene 5.40 ERA and 2.32 WHIP to go along with an equally ugly 22/21 K/BB ratio over 25 innings. Opposing batters hit .346 against him.

Better late than never.

This was another obvious hole in the roster that KW did not fix. I'm sure the Pirates would be willing to give DJ Carrasco back for a prospect

:roll: Cannot understand why they let Carassco go. He's not even starting for the Pirates.
