Dunn, Pierre, Quentin and Teahen are the making of one of the absolute WORST defensive team in the history of the White Sox!!!!
Guillen now appears to be a genius in asking for an extension.....IT'S CALLED SEVERANCE PAY when he takes the fall and gets fired in 2011!!!!!

He is not going to play 1B. The guy is going to DH 90% of the time. There is no reason to dislike this deal at all. The money is good, the years are great and more importantly it fills a need. Now let Kenny make some moves to fill a few gaps and this team will be fun to watch.

Ramirez yes, but Beckham is still on his rookie contract so they still have a few years away from arbitration Kenny has time. Plus with this pitching staff only under contract for 2 more years why would you not want to win now? Will they have a better chance when Buerhle, Floyd and Jackson are free agents? This is a good move. Next up resign Paulie and then trade Quentin for a bullpen arm and I will take my chances.

This makes sense.....I can live with this....with all the money in all those pitchers I knew he was going to go for it..It is what he always says...KENNY DOESN'T REBUILD.....
But Bernstein acts like Adam Dunn is Barry Fucking Bonds and his ALS jumps right on board.
They just HAVE to get a 1B who can actually catch the damned ball for this to work.

I'm pissed that a good buddy of mine and the Good Dolphins was diagnosed with brain cancer....I have an edge tonight.....He's a huge Cub Fan, a Judge, and we have shared many a beer over 30 years..a lot at The Shrine.
