Kenny is the Bird Dog. Its great to have a bird dog in any business, the tough part is convincing the bird dog to back off once they found the deal, or the bird. Seen it time after time. The guy who finds the deal wants to be part of it, wants to work on it and inevitabley messes it up. Thus you have "The Closer" who comes in to clean it all up. Jerry is a closer. |

"IF" Kenny was the GM and put the whole deal together on his own as a GM would normally do, no way Konerko gets done. |
