Cleveland is slowly becoming the new Kansas City of the AL Central. They have a nice ballpark, though...and that's a thing, I guess. Adam Dunn is enjoying his workout because he can hit off of a tee in Cleveland. Pitching probables: Friday: Buehrle vs Fausto Carmona Saturday: Jackson vs Carlos Carrasco Sunday: Danks vs Justin Masterson My take: Sox win Saturday and Sunday... |

Buehrle always seems to get lit up on opening day in Cleveland. |

In ozzie's tenure, Sox have played game 1: 2004 @KC 2005, 2006, vs Cleveland 2007 vs Cleveland (Contreras pitched) 2009 vs KC 2010 vs Cleveland |

It didn't take Ozzie to get pissed. They were supposed to have a workout at (Not So) Progressive Field in Cleveland today, but the players got an unwelcome surprise and a sure sign that winter's not over with yet. http://www.chicagobreakingsports.com/sp ... ?track=rss |

The 2011 Chicago White Sox championship season starts today. 2005 was cool, but it's a great feeling to know at the start of the year that you are watching the future trophy winners. We actually had to wait until October to know the Sox were going to win it all then. |

Sox are going to be a 90 win team. I don't understand the people that are so high on the Twins. The hallmark of the Twins has always been a lock down bullpen that allows their starters to be 6 inning pitchers and their defense rarely to get pressed. They lost a lot from the bullpen. |

Neshek picked up the win for the Pads yesterday against the Cards. Still trying to figure out why the Twins released him. Sox win 2-3 |

Sox win today, drop the next 3, then win 4 in a row and take 2 of 3 from Oakland. |

Interesting that Edwin Jackson is going in game 2. Ozzie likes to split up the lefties in the rotation. |

Keeping an eye on the Yahoo Gamechannel thingbob. Looks like 2-0 on RBI singles by Konerko and Quentin. |
