Score 4 in the first only to give it all back before the end of the second. |

Is this the year the young Royals finally turn the corner and become at least moderately competitive? |

Mr. Reason wrote: Is this the year the young Royals finally turn the corner and become at least moderately competitive? I sure hope so. Living down here I watch a lot of Royals games and it would be nice to watch an actual competitive team. They got a ton of young guys, you would think that eventually they will be good. Aaron Crow is going to be a good pitcher for them |

My only hope is it's early and they improve as the season goes on. But yeah, so far it is NCAA championship game bad. |

Ugly, but this is a game that Championship caliber teams find a way to win. |

What the shit?! Why did the 3rd base umpire allow himself to be overruled by the 2nd base umpire? It was the right call but still... |

I'm more upset that the Sox continue to be the dumbest team in the game. But it's no surprise. They're just a reflection of their stupid ass manager. You can't get picked off there. |

Isn't that the umpires job? I know. Maybe it was because I didn't see them confer, just was told he was out. Seemed odd. And of course they lose to the Royals. Suck. |

Fucking Milledge. The dick didn't get a chance to get a glove on that one as he came in 2 steps as the ball was flying over his head. Should have kept Pierre out there and DH'd his dumbass. |

Since early in '06 when Pollite gave up a late HR to Mike Sweeny, the Sox have be really pathetic playing in KC. |

The two guys who were supposedly fighting for the final roster spot before the White Sox decided to keep only 11 pitchers leaving Glendale, AZ, Brent Lillibridge & Lastings Milledge, haven't paid off in limited action in the early going. Lillibridge, running for Adam Dunn, made a base-running blunder in the top 12th getting caught in a rundown, and now Milledge in the bottom 1st today... |
